TJ Allison is a mindfulness instructor based in New York City. He’s been practicing meditation for 18 years, sharing his learnings with people at Google, the University of Washington, numerous tech startups, and even on retreats. 🧠

Prior to his role as a mindfulness instructor, TJ spent 8 years in tech sales, where he sold tens of millions of dollars of software and held roles ranging from MDR to Strategic Account Executive. πŸ’°

He recently got married and hails from Portland, Oregon. He loves the band IDLES, coffee, writing, yoga, Birkenstocks, and spending time outdoors. 🌳🌲
