How does it work?
Step 1: Classify your launch into one of four tiers:
- Tier 1: New content or tactics with very high impact (e.g., new ROI report, new sales process)
- Tier 2: Major updates with high impact (e.g., new sales deck, new sales play)
- Tier 3: Medium-impact updates to existing content (e.g., updated product one-sheets)
- Tier 4: Low-impact minor updates (e.g., pricing updates, internal documentation)
Step 2: Follow the checklist activities marked with an "x" for your tier. The template automatically filters which cross-functional touchpoints you need, from legal and sales ops (Tier 1 only) to creative requests and training schedules (most tiers).
Step 3: Progress through the six launch stages, checking off activities as you complete them. The template ensures you don't skip critical steps like stakeholder kick-offs, sales leader training, or post-launch results reporting.
