Alcinda Moezelaar, Head of TTS Sales Enablement at RMB Bank

As the TTS Head of Sales Enablement at RMB, Alcinda Moezelaar is a strategic leader in data-driven decision-making who helps drive revenue growth and optimise sales processes through analytics, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. Her career spans various roles at various global consulting firms, where she specialised in auditing, advisory, and business process optimisation as well as business intelligence projects that empowered organisations with data-driven insights.

Danielle Meyer, Sales Enablement Manager at Matilion

Danielle is a Sales Enablement Manager with a simple mission: to turn 'it’s complicated' into 'it’s closed.' After transitioning from an AE role, she has dedicated the last two years to mastering the 'how' of sales success. Her toolkit includes everything from SDR coaching and course design to sales process optimization and high-stakes SKO planning. She is particularly energized by the intersection of Sales Enablement and AI. She loves finding new ways to integrate AI into our tech stacks to scale our impact and improve our output.

Adam Talanczuk, Global Head of Growth at Lingaro

Adam is a revenue growth executive integrating sales, digital marketing, and strategic alliances into a unified GTM engine. He specializes in AI-enabled revenue execution, demand-to-deal orchestration, and scalable commercial systems that improve pipeline quality and win strategy. With a strong focus on sales readiness and partner activation, he helps organizations modernize their go-to-market approach for today’s digital buyer. Adam champions enablement as the strategic layer that aligns teams, accelerates performance, and unlocks sustainable growth.

Sonia Pupaza, Revenue Enablement Lead at Empower Value

Sonia is a Revenue Enablement Leader and Learning Architect dedicated to solving the "Accidental Manager" bottleneck. She specializes in transforming high-potential ICs into strategic leaders through a phased 5-Pillar Framework: build self, systems, people, teams, and relations. By treating the Front Line Managers layer as a scalable engine rather than a risk factor, Sonia ensures enablement initiatives drive measurable forecast accuracy and talent retention.

Rachel Panfil, Go-To-Market Performance Manager at Momentive Software

Rachel Panfil has spent more than 5 years supporting team performance in SaaS and the high-net-worth insurance industry. With a background in L&D she's passionate about building onboarding and training programs that provide teams with the access to information and tools they need, when they need it.
